The Last Act is such a great resource that provides Canadians with the right information to plan their Estate and feel confident they’ve covered all the basics. This book is a very easy read and provides the knowledge on what to consider for every aspect of creating an Estate Plan. In many cases you don’t know what you don’t know, and The Last Act lays out all the steps that you need to consider for your estate. I recommend this book to everyone that asks me about Estate planning whether they’ve created their Will already and need to review it, or they’re creating one for the first time.
Larry and Kimberley do a really great job of explaining the “why” behind the hard decision of who will be a guardian, executor, trustee or POA for your Will. Every Canadian should have a copy of this book as a starting point in Estate Planning.
