Receptionist

As the receptionist at ShortFinancial, Jessica serves as the front line for client-facing operations. She answers phones, transfers calls to the right associate, schedules meetings for all three partners and greets clients when they walk in the door. Jessica’s care and hospitality ensure a pleasant experience for the individuals and families we work with. Jessica joined ShortFinancial in late 2025 and delivers strong clerical support as well as organization and authentic, impactful client service.

Originally from the west coast of Newfoundland, Jessica loves her cats and volunteers with a local animal shelter.
